The country has seen tremendous transformation in a short span of time and this advantageous positioning has been on the built up of IT over a period of a decade and a half, he said at the Decennial Celebrations of Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) in Hyderabad that celebrated its tenth year of existence on Saturday.

He emphasised the necessity for technology and business innovation coupled with networking to turn the existing challenging period of the IT sector to an opportunity that benefits the nation.

C-DAC is a premier R&D institution that is involved in development and deployment of IT solutions for economic and human advancement.

Ramakrishna expressed confidence that the centre would live up to the expectations and challenges posed by the market on Saturday.
