A 20-year-old Indo-American student from Virginia has been arrested for allegedly murdering his mother.

Fairfax County Police arrested Jayant Kadian on the charge of murdering his 52-year-old mother, Kiran Kadian, the wife of physician Rajesh Kadian. Kiran Kadian was found dead in their Great Falls home with multiple stab wounds to the upper body.

Police told IANS Jayant Kadian was found at James Madison University in Virginia by United States Marshals deputies, who also found his car on the campus.
