It would be a logical question arising in the minds of ticket-holders' for the fifth one-dayer as the full lot of 18,000 tickets say it is 'India v England TVS Cup Test series'.

Only the media passes correctly mention it as a one-day series.

When contacted, Assam Cricket officials said the fault lay with the BCCI Executive Office which had supplied the logo to Assam Cricket Association.

"It is because the polls were round the corner and since it came from the BCCI and had logo, we did not change anything and gave it to the government press for printing," an official said.

"They we were also in a hurry at the press because the of the ensuing elections. They wanted to finish the job before March 26.

"The printing was complete by March 13 and when we got to know it we could not have done anything," he said.

"However, the error has been corrected in the media passes," he added.
