The bail applications of former Jammu and Kashmir minister Ghulam Ahmed Mir and senior IAS officer Mohammad Iqbal Khanday, arrested in connection with the sex racket, were rejected by Chief Judicial Magistrate MY Akhoon in Jammu and Kashmir on Friday.
