Jailed person 'wrongly' booked in murder case

A case of murder was "wrongly" registered against a person who was allegedly in jail at the time of crime.
The case was registered against Anil Kumar in connection with the clashes in Kamalpur village last Sunday in which two persons were killed, police sources said.
Kumar, who was named in the FIR, was in jail when the clashes between two groups occurred, they said.
Police is now trying to convert the murder case into a case of criminal conspiracy, they added.
