The function was inaugurated by Raman Bhalla, state Revenue Minister and his other cabinet colleagues at the ongoing India International Trade Fair.

The celebrations was also attended by D S Rana, political advisor to the Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister.

J&K Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, who was to be the chief guest, could not attend the function due to other engagements.
