Janet Jackson rubbishes wedding rumours
The singer, however, says that her sweetheart Jermaine Duprii might be planning a surprise for her.
Singer Janet Jackson has dismissed speculation that she is planning to tie the knot with her long-term beau Jermaine Dupri.
While in Berlin to promote her new album 20 Years Old Jackson said that while she hasn't made any definite plans of walking the aisle, her sweetheart might be planing a surprise for her.
The couple had sparked speculation after Dupri was overheard at the ESPY awards, telling his friends about the planned nuptials on the September 26, 2006, earlier this month.
"That was just a joke. At least I don't know anything about it yet. But we are happier than ever", Contactmusic quoted her, as saying in a radio interview in Britain
"He said something about September 26 we were getting married. That's the date the album comes out! "That's what he said. I don't know. Everyone's been asking me about it. And if it's meant to happen, it'll happen", she added.
