The title for him was: Unko shikayat hai ki ham kuchh nahin karte, apni to yeh aadat hai ki ham kuchh nahin karte.
For senior IAS officer and the association president Ravi Mathur who was denied appointment as chief secretary, it went like, Hamse kya bhul hui, jo ye saja mumko mili. Other three officers George Joseph, Shambhu Nath and Vinod Malhotra, who were also in reckoning for the top post of bureaucracy, were given-Yeh mahlo, yeh takhto tajo ki duniya, yeh duniya agar mil jay bhi to kya hai.
Principal secretary to Chief Minister Anil Kumar got: Badle badle se sartaj mere nazar aate hain, while for secretary to CM Dipt Vilas it was, Sala manin to sahab ban gaya.

“Main Zindagi ka saath nibhata chala gaya” was given to VVS Viswen.
On this occasion, the members of the UP IAS Association also raised toast to the President of India and also to the service that has of late been feeling all kinds of pressures from the political bosses.
