Karna BJP to release ’chargesheet’ against UPA next week

BJP in Karnataka is set to release a “chargesheet” against the UPA Government on the alleged “step-motherly” treatment meted out to the party-ruled state.

BJP in Karnataka is set to release a “chargesheet” against the UPA Government on the alleged “step-motherly” treatment meted out to the party-ruled state.“Either on April 9 or 10, our state unit party President D V Sadananda Gowda will release the chargesheet against the UPA government listing out step-motherly treatment meted out to my government on various issues including stationing of an NSG commando unit in Bangalore”, Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa told reporters at Haveri near Devanagare.

He accused the Congress and JDS of having hatched a conspiracy to get the election postponed in Bellary Lok Sabha constituency and asserted that the government would take all steps to maintain law and order and ensure that the polling is held as scheduled on April 23.The status of Congress which is losing its allies at the Centre had been reduced to that of a regional party, he claimed.Yeddyurappa also appealed to his party leaders not to violate the model code of conduct.
