Younger brother of former Test cricketer Karsan Ghavri, committed suicide after killing his cousin sister.

Younger brother of former Test cricketer Karsan Ghavri, Jelly alias Jasvant Ghavri allegedly committed suicide after killing his cousin sister, police said on Tuesday.

Jelly allegedly killed his 20-year-old cousin, Heena, who was staying with him, by dashing her head on a wall and later brought his life to an end by hanging from the roof of his residence on Monday, they said.

Domestic quarrel was suspected to be the reason for the incident, police said adding that Heena was staying with Jelly despite his mother's opposition.
