Contactmusic.com reports, Bosworth is gearing up to make a big screen adaptation of a Catherine Hanrahan novel and she's throwing herself enthusiastically into her debut production.

"I bought the rights to a book called Lost Girls and Love Hotels, and I've just had a wonderful writer adapt it. Now we're in the stage of finding a director and building it up from the ground up. It's a lot of work but we're going to do it," she said.

The movie is slated to hit theatres in 2010.
