Like always Kavita's collection had strong Indian influences and tones of kitsch. Handkerchief and asymmetrical skirts along with the use of layered chiffon added movement. Though she did use black there was color in every garment. It had a happy and upbeat feel.

Stretch churidars (something we have seen a lot this fashion week) and tie and dye were everywhere. On Gypsy skirts attention was paid to hemlines and often contrast colour frills were attached. There was one gypsy skirt where the trims looked like they were falling off adding a nonchalant feel to her designs. Indian embroidery techniques, such as Chikan were to be seen. The men were given kari print sarongs.

For the first time Kavita showed handbags and the typical Indian pouch seemed to be her favoured style. This collection confirmed that Kavita likes all things Indian but prefers to add a modern touch.
