Every neighbourhood has a favourite kebab takeaway joint, but the fame of Khan Chacha (as Banda Hasan is lovingly known) extends far beyond the back lanes of Khan Market. His repertoire is limited and changeless - melt-in-the-mouth, spicy Paneer Tikkas, Chicken Seekh, Mutton Seekh and Chicken Tikkas wrapped in soft roomali rotis bulging with onions and mint chutney - but it's the taste that brings people back. Khan Baba is also a big name in outdoor catering.
