"Unfortunately, she will not be at the (March 7-9) world championships in Valencia, Spain," said Swedish athletics federation doctor Sverker Nilsson.

"She has a tear in the muscle in her right thigh," the doctor said, adding a scan on Friday had revealed some bleeding.
