Krishna water dispute: SC issues notice to Centre

A bench comprising Justice B N Agarwal and Justice AK Mathur sought response from the Centre on a petition by Karnataka government alleging that the tribunal in its last one and half years of formation had only one sitting. The Tribunal was formed to settle the water disputes between Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.
