A Delegation of the party's advocates wing called on the Governor and handed over a memorandum in this regard.
The delegation alleged while a Minister in Jayalalithaa cabinet, Agri Krishnamurthy, had been left scot free despite 'documentary evidence' of land grabbing against him, DMK men in 'legal possession' of land were arrested.
The arrests were 'totally unwarranted and uncalled for' the memorandum said and wanted the governor to intervene to stop them.
The memorandum warned of indefinite protest if the arrests continued.
