London Olympic games to host the largest McDonald’s restaurant in the world.

The London Olympic summer games will not only host record-breaking athletic performances next year, it’s also slated to break a retail record and host the largest McDonald’s restaurant in the world. In a global webcast that aired July 20, McDonald’s UK CEO Jill McDonald said the largest restaurant will span 3,000 square meters (32,290 square feet) over two storeys, and is expected to serve 1.75 million meals over the 29 days of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
