Rajesh Sehgal did the most predictable thing after sweating it out at a hotel kitchen for six years. He opened a take-away eatery, promising to deliver "homely hygienic food". The menu has a sprinkling of Chinese, Tandoori and North Indian, but Sehgal obviously is at his best with his kebabs and curries. The portions are generous; a plate of Palak Paneer, for instance, is enough for two. Sehgal also caters for private parties, besides organising corporate lunches.
