Lecture on rights and judiciary at Govt College

A TALK on ?human rights and judiciary? was organised under the aegis of the political science council of the Government Post Graduate College, Mhow. Advocate Geeta Lakhwani delivered a lecture on the subject on the occasion.

A TALK on ‘human rights and judiciary’ was organised under the aegis of the political science council of the Government Post Graduate College, Mhow. Advocate Geeta Lakhwani delivered a lecture on the subject on the occasion.

She said that only if humanity is taken as religion would the purpose of religion be achieved. ‘‘Today man has become luxury-friendly due to which our culture is fading that is why we have to make efforts to revive our culture.

She said that it was impossible to get our rights without having proper knowledge about the law and one must take account of ones duties when talking about rights. College principal Dr Narendra Kumar Dhakad also spoke on the occasion. Head of the political science department Dr Kiran Saluja welcomed the guests.

Dr Arvind Shrivastava conducted the programme and Dr Veena Atre proposed the vote of thanks.
