Rajasthan Legal Services Authority urges the NCW to introduce a provision in passport laws that bars husbands from making a foreign trip without the consent of their better halfs, reports Suresh Vyas.

The legal authority has urged the NCW to work for introducing a provision in passport laws that bars husbands from making a foreign trip without the consent of their better halfs.
If such a provision is made mandatory, it would help make it difficult for the husbands to dump their wives after settling abroad.
