Lindsay Lohan is no pal of Paris Hilton!

The actor has denied reports that claim that she is friendly with Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie.

Singer cum actress Lindsay Lohan has denied reports that claim that she is friendly with tabloid favourites like Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie, insisting that she only knew them as acquaintances.

And she has also been blunt enough to deny friendship with both Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie,despite going to parties with them, and been often spotted together in other places as well dressed up in a similiar manner to each other.

"I'm acquaintances with these people, but I'm not friends with all these people. I don't necessarily know things about their lives." Ratethemusic quoted her, as saying.

And though the 19-year old actress was photographed at a party with Paris' former best friend Nicole Richie last summer, she revealed that the two don't keep in touch enough to be pals.

"I haven't talked to her (Richie) in a while," she said.
