LPS owner sprayed with bullets

LPS staff members rushed a profusely bleeding Singh to the SPM (Civil) Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries around 11 am. The motive behind the murder was yet to be established.
The incident took place around 10.10 am when Singh was busy talking to the school peons regarding vehicles parked haphazardly outside the school.
Suddenly a youth appeared on the scene and opened fire using a .30 bore pistol. He pumped seven bullets into Singh’s body. As Singh slumped on ground, the assailant took the pillion seat of a black motorcycle, which had a youth wearing a helmet on its driving seat, and sped off .
