South Delhi BJP candidate V.K. Malhotra on Monday repeated his charges that Congress was playing with the sentiments of Sikhs by fielding four candidates who have some link or the other with the perpetrators of the 1984 anti-Sikh riots in Delhi.

Election in-charge for Malhotra and Leader of Opposition in Delhi assembly, Jagdish Mukhi charged Congress’s opponent R.K. Anand of violating the “State Emblem Act of India”. Releasing two letters, written by Anand, as “Senior Advocate” wherein the state emblem was used, Mukhi said that an offence has been committed under the Act.
