A handicraft shop owner has been arrested for allegedly misbehaving with a Russian woman tourist at Vizhinjam near Thiruvananthapuram.
According to the police, the woman stated in her complaint that Gilani, hailing from Kashmir, misbehaved with her at his handicraft showroom.
