According to the complaint filed by the 28-year-old woman Neha Joshi (name changed), the accused used to physically and mentally harass the victim.

Neha, a resident of Gurgaon, got married to the Mumbai-based businessman on February 2 this year.

Although she used to work in a private company in Gurgaon, she left the job after the marriage as she wanted to join her husband in Mumbai.

The FIR also names eight other members of the husband's family. The victim had alleged that her husband faced some "sexual problems" and he was unable "to perform conjugal responsibilities towards his wife".

The victim also alleged that the family was aware of his health issues and kept them under wraps.
