Martin Suji is one of the most experienced players in the Kenya side. He, like many of the other members of the 2003 national outfit, made his official One-Day International debut at the 1996 World Cup.
He forms the backbone of the Kenyan bowling attack. He turned in a sparkling Man-of-the-Match performance in Kenya's Super Six seven-wicket win against Zimbabwe, as he returned figures of 3 for 19, to catapult his side into the semi-final.
Suji's best figures are four for 24, made against Bangladesh in 1997. He will be eager to reach the landmark of 50 wickets in the ICC Champions Trophy this year.
