New Zealand will decide on Wednesday whether batsman Craig McMillan and all-rounder Jacob Oram are fit to face England in the second Test, a team spokesman said on Tuesday.

McMillan broke the same finger he fractured earlier in the tour during a four-day match against Leicestershire while Oram strained his side in a warm-down session after the game on Monday.
Both are now doubtful for the second Test starting on Thursday at Headingley, although Oram could play solely as a batsman.
"McMillan had a bat today and was a bit sore," New Zealand manager Lindsay Crocker told Reuters. "Oram will not be able to bowl in the Test but there is a possibility he can play as a batsman."
Crocker said a decision on both men would be taken after practice on Wednesday afternoon. If McMillan is not passed fit, opener Michael Papps is expected to come into the side with captain Stephen Fleming reverting to his usual position at number three.
Mathew Sinclair, who is playing club cricket in England, has been called up in case of any more injuries.
New Zealand lost the first Test at Lord's by seven wickets.
