I work for a large company, and find myself quite perplexed with the attitude of the men in this office. They seem to be constantly downplaying the achievements of us women colleagues, whilst continuously highlighting all the tiniest imperfections.

This puts all the women on the defensive, and we feel that it causes resentment, as a result of which our performance suffers. One of the ladies was sacked because of the manipulations of these so-called perfect 'gentlemen'. Do give us some spiritual ideas to improve this negative energy seeping through the workplace.

Veena Minocha answers: Dear Shalini, yours is not a new problem, as the males have always considered women in the office as deadly competitors for their own jobs. This is what leads them to manipulate things so that the women are downgraded and their achievements are underplayed. It is the sign of insecurity of the male to constantly target the women, as he considers them soft targets.

Firstly, visualize spreading a lot of Violet and Silver Light in the office area, when you arrive every morning. This will serve to clean out the negative atmosphere, energetically, and restore pure and clean vibrations for everyone. This will also have the effect of bringing the 'yang' or male energy in balance with the 'yin' or female energy. As you walk into your office see this cloud of violet and silver light envelop each human who enters in there, cleaning out the energy fields of all negativity, and transmuting it into positivity and Light.

To protect yourself from those special people who are trying to manipulate your job, put yourself into a bright blue and silver spacesuit, energetically, for protection against their vicious arrows. This energy protection remains in force for about twenty-four hours, so it has to be renewed once daily.

Blue is the colour of protection, and you are actually 'armouring' yourself by donning this spacesuit.

Lastly, bless all those who are inimical to you, so that they turn to their own Inner Light, so that they can never project any negative feelings or wrongdoing to anyone in the world.
