"T V Krishnappa, a Corporation bank employee, drafted as a micro observer for Nelamangala taluk was complaining of uneasiness in the chest since yesterday. Though he reported for work today, he could not withstand the pain and taking the election officer's permission rushed to a private hospital where he died of heart attack", the sources said.
