As per details, a Bihar migrant, who works as a labourer at officer's colony here lodged a missing complaint at Model Town police station on Wednesday.
Today, police recovered the dead body of minor girl from the backyard of agriculture office, which was brutally killed using stones. Police have registered a case against two including one Sandeep(30), the another labourer under rape, abduction, murder and Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
Sources said that elder sister of victim told police that Sandeep came at their house on Wednesday and offered a chocolate to her and younger sister and lured them to their house on the promise to offer them cake and sweets. She denied but her younger sister get lured by the accused. Police said that the accused has been missing from his slum dwelling, who was the neighbour of the victim.
Sandeep hails from Delhi, who had finished his construction assignment and settled account with the contractor and was to leave for Delhi on Wednesday.
