MLA on indefinite hunger strike for bad highway condition

Official sources said the condition of Mazarbhuyan, on fast since July seven, had turned critical with his fast entering the fourth day today and doctors attending on him have put him on saline. In his hunger strike, Mazarbhuyan was accompanied by six other AUDF members.
The legislator from Katigora said that he would not withdraw the strike until repair work of the highway begins immediately under the direct superivision of the state PWD minister. AUDF supporters have threatened to block the highway if the condition of the legislator worsened further.
