On the day Nepal cabinet held a meet at the Everest base camp, Gujarat CM Narendra Modi took his ministers and officials to the white desert — the Rann of Kutch — for a four-day annual brainstorming session or Chintan Shibir, which started on Friday.
“Apart from the innovative changes in government departments, administrative reforms and special focus on e-governance, the theme would be eco-friendly approach to development,” said V. Thiruppugazh, commissioner of information, Gujarat.
