A lower-kindergarten student was allegedly molested by a teacher on a school bus on Wednesday in Faridabad.

The parents of the student protested the incident that took place when the student was on her way to her Sector 8 home.

One of the teachers travelling in the bus is alleged to have kissed the student after stopping the bus midway.

“She narrated the incident to her mother who alerted other relatives. They rushed to the school in the evening,” a relative of the student said, demanding strict action against the teacher.

“We have received a complaint of molestation by one of our teachers. We have decided to let police investigate the matter,” said an official of the school.

“We have received the complaint and our cops are investigating it,” an officer said.
