Schiffer, who has a three-year-old son, Casper, and a 22 month-old-daughter, Clementine, with her British director husband Matthew Vaughn, feels it's part of her duty as a mother to be there for her children all the time.

"Even if I spend lots of time with the children I always feel guilty when I go to work. I have the feeling inside that I should be with them the whole day," she was quoted by Contactmusic, as saying.

The 36-year-old, who lives with her family in the UK, has fixed times she spends with their kids.

"Even if I have a lot of work this is a sacred time. There will be no phone ringing and no assistant coming in," she added.
