Moya beaten but buoyed by performance

Carlos Moya headed out of Wimbledon on Monday, beaten but buoyed by his best showing at the world's most prestigious tournament.
The former world number one missed the last two years here and prior to that had never progressed beyond the second round.
But on Monday he gave 2002 champion Lleyton Hewitt a run for his money before exiting the fourth round 6-4 6-2 4-6 7-6.
"It was a very good match," the 1998 French Open champion smiled afterwards.
"Was a pity that I started to play really well, it was a little bit late.
"But I was fighting a lot. At the beginning, it was very tough for me to return his serve but then I start to play really well.
"You know, I think I had chances. He had chances as well but it could have gone both ways ... it went his way.
"I am disappointed to lose, but happy that the match was good and I proved to myself that I can play well here."
Moya said he now felt happier playing on the slick green surface than ever before.
"I feel more comfortable," he said. "As I said before, I proved to myself that I can play well here.
"Before I came here, I didn't know what was gonna happen. Now I am happy the way I played the whole tournament."
"I think I knew that I could have fun today and that I was gonna have my chances to win. But I had a very, very tough draw if I wanted to win the tournament.
"It was Hewitt today, Federer waiting for me, and I don't know who else but..." he smiled. "Is not the best draw that I could have. But still, I played very good tennis. I am happy that I came here."
