The directive was given on Tuesday by the division bench of Chief Justice AM Khanvilkar and Justice Alok Aradhe after the STF submitted its progress report. The High Court is monitoring the probe.

The division bench also directed the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) PK Maheshwari to dispose of related pending matters within four weeks. The next hearing would be conducted on September 12.

A total of 139 petitions have been filed in various courts including the High Court with regard to Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board scam involving Pre-Medical Test (PMT) and recruitment examinations for various government services. Of these 14 demanded CBI probe.

However, the High Court expressed satisfaction over the STF's probe and rejected the demand.
