“We have made all arrangements to bring the body,” Energy Minister Mohd Ali Shabbir, who looks after issues related to Non-Resident Telugus, told reporters here on Friday. Expressing concern over the growing violent attacks on Telugu professionals in the United States, he said the state government has decided to take up the issue with the American administration through the Indian embassy.

Vishal, an employee of Satyam Computers, was shot in his legs and a thigh on Tuesday by suspected Afro-Americans at Little Rock in Arkansas state of the US. He succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday. A 20-year old man “strongly suspected” to have killed Vishal was arrested by the American police.
