Even when I was walking, talking and breathing cricket, politics was there in my blood. I had for long cherished the desire to work for the poor.

Opponents brand you as an outsider. What do you say to that?

I was born in Ludhiana but I have worked in Faridabad. Now, I run a business in this town. Faribadab is my second home. I am abreast with the problems of this constituency.

Why did you choose BSP?

I had close friends in Haryana Congress. I was being projected as their nominee for Yamunanagar Assembly election in the last assembly poll. But, ultimately, I decided to work for Faridabad and Behenji offered me a ticket. BSP is the only party, which has plans for every section of the society.

How do plan to change Faridabad?

I assure the voters that, if elected, I will make sincere efforts to address the issues of poor road and rail connectivity, lack of water, power, poor education and unemployment opportunities and problems related to the industry.

Why should people vote for you?

Most people contesting have have represented Faridabad. Now, it is my turn.
