'Natwar Singh's exit will not affect Congress'

Union Minister of State for Home Sri Prakash Jaiswal said that several leaders had quit Congress in the past and it would "not affect" the organisation if Natwar Singh decided to leave the party.

Talking to newspersons ahead of Congress president Sonia Gandhi's scheduled rally, he said that the Justice Pathak committee report that indicted former External Affairs Minister Natwar Singh, had not been leaked from the government's side.

"The investigation into the matter is on," Jaiswal said.
