At least three people were killed by the suspected Maoists in Bihar's Jamui district, police said.

The bodies of three men with their throats slit was found lying near Charka Pathar Bazaar in the district on Sunday morning, Superintendent of Police Vinay Kumar said.
Kumar said the trio -- Mahesh Singh, Chhote Lal Sigh and Madan Singh -- had not returned to their houses after November 13 when they left home to participate in a puja.
Meanwhile, an FIR has been registered with the police and the bodies have been sent for post-mortem.
