NIIT net profit crawls up 0.8% at Rs 321.2 cr
IT training services firm NIIT Ltd on Friday reported a growth of 0.8% in consolidated net profit at Rs 321.2 crore for the quarter ended June, 2011.

IT training services firm NIIT Ltd on Friday reported a growth of 0.8% in consolidated net profit at Rs 321.2 crore for the quarter ended June, 2011.
The company had registered a net profit of Rs 13 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal, NIIT Ltd said in a statement.
Revenues rose to Rs 321.2 crore in the first quarter of 2011, compared to Rs 278 crore in the corresponding year-ago period.
However, on a standalone basis, the company posted a net loss of Rs 10 crore for the April-June quarter, as against a profit of Rs 97 lakh in the same quarter of the previous fiscal.
