NIIT Technologies Ltd on Tuesday said its wholly-owned subsidiary, NIIT Technologies, Thailand has received BS15000 service management standards compliance certification by BSI Thailand.

The assessment focusses on service management and the standard defines features of service management processes that are essential for delivery of high-quality IT services, NIIT informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

"We are proud that our facility in Thailand has been assessed to the BS 15000 standards, and this will go a long way in offering highest levels of service to our customers," NIIT Chief Executive Officer Arvind Thakur said.

BSI Thailand is an international standards, testing, regulation and certification organization.
