No fresh case of swine flu in UP

There was no confirmed case of swine flu from anywhere in the state even as 27 samples of suspected patients were sent for tests to the SGPGI in Lucknow, official sources said.

There was no confirmed case of swine flu from anywhere in the state on Saturday even as 27 samples of suspected patients were sent for tests to the SGPGI in Lucknow, official sources said.

"No patient has tested positive for swine flu on though 27 samples of suspected patients were sent for test in SGPGI", a senior official said in Lucknow.

The number of swine flu patients in Uttar Pradesh stands at 17.

Health Department officials have assured that the pandemic is under control in the state and there is no need to panic.
