No pre-nup for Kidman, Urban

The wedding between Nicole Kidman and singer Keith Urban will take place on June 25.

Actress Nicole Kidman is getting married to country singer Keith Urban without a pre-nuptial agreement.

According to newsweek.com, Kidman and Tom Cruise had a lengthy and complex pre-nuptial agreement but Kidman and Urban have told friends that they will go ahead with the wedding without the contract. Both of them reportedly have similar incomes.

Singer Bette Midler is reported to sing at their wedding, which will take place on June 25 in Sydney.

A source said: "It is Nicole and Keith's special song, and it is not like she's just booked some random singer to do it - she's got the original artist. That should get a few people crying into their tissues."
