Delhi High Court on Tuesday restrained the AIIMS governing body from taking any punitive action against its Director P Venugopal.

Justice P Anil Kumar passed the injunction on an application moved by Venugopal wherein he had apprehended his termination at the the Institute Body meeting of premier health institute.
