United Liberation Front of Asom (ULFA) chairman Arabinda Rajkhowa said there can be no peace talks with the Centre with handcuffs.

"Bangladesh has betrayed us. We have not surrendered. We want peace but not in this way," Rajkhowa, who was brought to Kamrup CJM's court handcuffed, told reporters after he came out.
"We should have been wearing the garland of victory but we had to come with handcuffs on," he said.
