Now, pizza flavoured beer

An American couple, who were looking for an unusual entry in a home brewing competition, have invented a beer that tastes like pizza. Tom and Anthea Seefurth added basil, oregano, garlic, tomatoes and pizza.

An American couple, who were looking for an unusual entry in a home brewing competition, have invented a beer that tastes like pizza.

Tom and Anthea Seefurth added basil, oregano, garlic, tomatoes and pizza crust to their ale, and now call their concoction Mamma Mia Pizza Beer, the Daily Star reported.

Tom said that the beer was originally intended for them to use as a marinade, but when it tasted so good, the couple thought to use it to cook with and to pair it with food.
