Natavarlal Patel was killed during a hold up at a local store in Valdosta in 2003.

On Thursday, a local court found 18-year-old Tobee Bradley guilty of killing Patel. His accomplice, 26 year-old Roger Ponder pleaded guilty to armed robbery and aggravated assault. Both were sent to a local prison.

"This case would not have been broken unless those citizens came forward with the information that led to the arrest and conviction of both these people," said Brad Shealy, chief assistant district attorney was quoted as saying by WALB News, a local TV station.

Bradley and Ponder will be sentenced in December.
