The Nintendo Wii started the fitness game trend four years ago, but Xbox 360 is catching up with the release of a slew of new fitness games for its hands-free controller Kinect, which launches on November 4 in North America and November 10 in Europe.

There are dance and sports games designed to get you off the couch and into the action. Many versions of the new games are also available for the Wii and Sony’s PS3 Move motion controls.
