The Haryana Urban Development Authority (Huda) conducted an open public hearing session on Monday and addressed more than 100 grievances on the spot, in a single day.

Amid an increasing number of property-related cases, Huda administrator Praveen Kumar and his team of officials disposed the cases at the Sector 56 office without wasting any time.
While most residents went back satisfied with speedy decisions, the authority promised to resolve issues that need some time shortly.
RWAs of various areas had approached Kumar to address problems related to sewerage, water, electricity and security. The top official promised residents that he would inspect the site shortly and take the requisite action.
During the proceedings, a sector 56-based NGO Ghar Angna, which runs a small school on the footpath with 120 kids, was also promised a shelter.
"Problems which have been pending for the past 5-6 years are solved in 10 -12 days. It's incredible," said ward 32 councillor Mahesh Dayma.
